Um, that is not the only traffic it gets. The site was appraised at $5.5, I'm selling it for quite a bit less.

Although your comments reflect an aspect of "appraisal", which is not allowed
in sales forums, I do think that you could have phrased differently.

If the seller has additional traffic that is not included in above stats, perhaps
a verification of such, would add to it's perceived value!

Anyway, appraisal by 3rd party is overvalue.

Probably it is good if you can provide more information to justify your selling price.
Traffic Stats, Revenue per month, etc.

Yes , the search engines do not take kindly at attempts to fool them.

Perhaps jjfletch isnt ware that keyword stuffing willget sites banned from the search engines...good thing you pointedthat out acclerate so jjfletch can clean it up

Anyhow, I'd just like to point out that I personally appreciate these warnings posts. I know it is hard for the seller to deal with these kinds of posts, but it helps people like me from being ripped off.
