The sale includes the domain name, the design and forum skin, both of which are unique, are coded with CSS, and include full rights including reseller rights
The site is integrated into the forum, the login box you can see at the top works fully with the phpBB forum. There is also a script that shows news from the news section of the forum complete with the number of comments it has received.
The reason I have not developed the site is because I have not had time to. It should be very easy to start adding content though since the hard parts of starting up a site like this have already been done.
