Got a couple of offers for this domain, most recently one on Sed0. I Was thinking about putting a wordpress site up with poker videos from youtube though with some adsense or affiliate links. A few stats according to google keyword tool, poker videos gets an average monthly 5400 exact searches, last month it was a 2400 exact searches with an estimated PPC of $1.15.
Any ideas on value?

Put it Whypark about a month ago & it has received 55 visitors with 103 pageviews in the past 30 days.

I am looking for an appraisal on the name only, not the traffic.
