This is a fan site for Skye Sweetnam, the up-and-coming Canadian Pop Hottie, I started the site about 6 months ago. See it here: skye .cc (WHOIS). Free domain push to a domainRIFFIC.com (WWD) account.
The website hasn't really been updated recently because of other commitments, so if you're a fan (or just want to utilize the traffic and members), now's your chance.
Some facts:
1. PR3 (without the "www"). Was also submitted to DMOZ (again today), but not listed yet.
2. Marketleap Linkpop 53/Marketleap Search Engine Saturation: 1,274. Well indexed by the search engines and getting traffic from at least these:
MSN
Yahoo
Google
Ask Jeeves
AltaVista
AOL
WebCrawler
Dogpile
Virgilio
Overture
AllTheWeb
Mamma
MetaCrawler (Metamoteur)
Most visitors are from the United States, Canada, Spain, Australia, Unknown, European Union, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Italy and Japan (in that order). Lessor visitors from 38 more countries too.
Getting good traffic from several other sites too, including a few important ones (like Capitol Music/EMI Canada). (See also MSN, Yahoo and Google)
3. Averages about 70 uniques/day (over the past 4 months). 7250 UNIQUES for 2005 so far:

Alexa Traffic Rank: 3,333,614
4. Nice short, easily remembered and written domain.
- Overture for "skye sweetnam" = 1,920.7/day (59,541.7/month)
- Wordtracker for "skye sweetnam" = 2,471.0/day (76,601/month)
5. 201 REAL members. A note on this: these are fans who signed up to access the member-only sections of the website. I never implemented a forum and just framed the official one. But it would be easy to implement a forum with the CMS (see below). Also easy to mass-mail the members through the backend or newsletter.
6. The site runs on MAMBO. (Best CMS! SEO friendly URLs, comprehensive backend, etc. etc.)
7. Income: Several sales from the small Adsense ad on the front page and affiliate links (Amazon, ringtones, tickets, posters, etc) in the Shop and elsewhere. (Please note, the 468x60 Adsense banner you see at the top was only added yesterday, and likewise the Amazon banner at the bottom. Thus no income yet from these.) The site has much more income potential if correctly utilized (including newsletter ads).

Looking for offers in the high $xxx to low $x,xxx range. Will set BIN if I get some offers. No urgency in this sale and I'll make a decision whether to sell over the weekend based on the offers I receive.
