then switched to poker lead/ppc site, when poker names were hot as fire crackers.
and 'porker.com' prolly got a lot of typo traffic

so that would account for sale price, then

if poker/gambling gets hot again online, then you might get some of those visitors, which would increase as-is value.

i'd just hold on to it and wait.
