Did the search thing just to make sure, seems Bicho Grande is pretty universal(Across all dialects, Spanish, Puerto Rican etc) for Big/Giant Dick. Whats weird is the locals equate Bicho with dick, while the translation page on google says Bicho Grande = Big little beast. Don't think their translation pages can handle curse words too well.
