Yes its a well respected community site that goes years back.
A very solid one and linked from the best phpnuke community sites and themes sites.
Where all developers go and post news about their latest inventions such as phpnuke modules,blocks developed by them for gain publicity and traffic with their site and their developed block module in question.
It is also the place where many seek help and get answers from phpnuke experts in the forums that hang around there.

Its a very well known website in phpnuke community (and also phpbb community). Probably one of the most popular phpnuke sites.

If someone would deside to sell commercial phpnuke templates this site would be perfect for start.
