I think it could be one of the next big things for domainers, so could be worth a fair bit soon.

Developed could well be mid xxxx - if the concept takes off.

At the moment undeveloped, I would say very low xxx.

IMO its a hold and wait or pay some one to make a ppc template site with and without hosting. One that some one can log in and create a site using free/wiki content in a few minutes or less. If this had a very low per site cost, it could well take off.

I can't put an exact price because PPC templates are such a new concept but I like the name.
