You're asking for over $250 without even mentioning revenue stats. Does that make sense to you?

Would you give someone $250 - $500 without any revenue for a site you can set up in worpress in less than an hour?

Can you get a PR3, 381 pages indexed by Google, 41,299 links in an hour?

Plus, the domain is decent and the site is over 4 months so it should be out of any sandbox. Does that make sense? :cheesy:

Why don't you just ask for the revenue details instead of trashing someone next time?

The work it would take to add a few backlinks from my other sites would take 10 minutes. That would get me a PR4 or 5 minimum. At which time I could take the rest of the hour thinking of a cool domain name I can register for 7 bucks.

How do you update the site (manually) and where does the content come from?

I inputed those contents... most of them are my lessons when I am teaching in a computer school.

The site is blog powered by wordpress script.... you can update the content using the admin.
