Hi all

Im not sure this is for sale. But would like to know what you think it would be worth. This month had 18,000 uniques all search engine natural traffic. It has about 300,000 hits per monthy.

top of the search engines for piles of keywords to many to list.

Revenue is about 290.00 per month from adsense.

If your making a verifyable $250 + with adsense, and would allow Vdeck access prior to sale to really look at stats, id pay @$1000. Others, maybe more...

Based on revenue alone, roughly $3500 (using 12 times monthly revenue).

Since it has PR and a quality domain name, you may be able to fetch in the mid to high $x,xxx range.

Yeah I would agree, I could see paying $3500.

If the site is making an average verifyable income of $250-$300 per month I think you should not sell for only 12 times monthly revenue. You should ask for two or three years minimum, depending on how fast you want to sell the site. Good luck!
