PR ranks

does have any a general breakdown of what an average price on ranks are? I've seen 5's sell quick at $50

also what is a good tool. I see several different places and ranks disagree.

both show 3's and 0's Depending on what I'm using. Since Google took it off toolbar O can never be sure....

prlookup.com uses the right toolbarserver. The others update later. You can add this in your host file:
64.233.161.98 toolbarqueries.google.com

The PR should be correct if those PR tools are getting them directly from google. Just that some might be slower than the others.
