PR2 Proxy website with traffic and revenue

Hello i have decided to sell my proxy website, its a couple of months old and it continues to grow, the reason i have decided to sell is because I'm working on a freelancing website with a good friend.
The proxy website is earning around $40 a month using google adsense, it recieves around 400+ unique hits per day.
I recently moved to a new hosting account at hostgator (Yesterday) because my other server did not have enough bandwith, the hosting cost to run this website is $10 a month, but i bet most people have there own servers so this would be no problem.
On the right please feel find attatched some screenshots relating to the revenue, and traffic. as you can see the big amount of traffic from people's mail box's, a lot of people are spreading the word.
Please also take a look at the Search engines stats, 30 hits from search engines since yesterday is very good i think.
The buyer could also use other methods of advertising, although i'm happy with google adsense.
