I have this PR3 directory for sale together with awempire.com affiliate account with $156 earned (you can change all the details so its totally transferable) and another one with about $25 earned (payserve.com) . Minimum payout for $156 one is $200 so you'll have to earn the rest to get the money (they also give you free epassporte account with first payout, normaly it cost you money). It's custom script with simple admin panel (but you may want to change it to get better google indexing). Domain is registered at domainnameshop.com and has another 6months on reg. Traffic is small, i think about 20/day but cant say for sure as i have more sites on this hosting account and cant get stats for only one of them. Can provide affiliate accounts screenshots if needed.
I'm not interested in adult sites anymore but dont wanna loose the money earned so far. In good hands it can make you money, and it's cheap!
