uvs doubled since january!
regged a year ago with the desire to develop it into a nice little site since i was on the diet. ended up losing 30 pounds...good for me, but never really developed the site...it has a forum that is attached and gets some traffic.
assume low stats with good potential, ie PR3 in google. here are the latest as of today:

low carb recipes, low carb low fat recipes, low carb low fat, low fat low carb recipe, i just dont have the time to mess with it really.
