Appears to be using Boosty's ASCII script, which is free. Not sure if this one's been enhanced or modified?

It is a modified version of this old GPL script (it's a class not a full script if i remember correctly). It's not suppose to be in my pages - read again. It just says that the copyright txt file should be attached which is what i meant to do of course..

In anyway i don't sell (distribute) a script here I sell a site - Established, Great domain, Custom design, PR, Traffic etc'..

The GPL is very clear:

Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

Binary is what you provide, and yet the creator's copyright notice doesn't appear anywhere on the website. It took me little time to locate the actual script, which is free to use, provided that the license conditions are met. So even if you modified the visual aspect of it - the input form is identical, you only changed the colors - it still uses the same script.
