developed PR5 Site to be sold

As I have no time for websites any more it is with regret that I offer my site www.templatedevil.com for sale. I only bought it a few months ago with the intention to improve and promote the site to reap bigger rewards. As it stands my new born baby is now the apple of my eye and not websites..


The site gets good traffic daily (around 50 - 150) and promotes the big template affiliate programs on the net, templatemonster, boxedart, designgalaxy and can be updated to include any othe template affilaite programs you so wish.

Last month there were a few sales for the site but not an incredible amount but it does generate sales. Google ads are on every page and make a small amount also.

All i want is to recoup my initial investment in the site so please feel free to make a sensible offer. It's a large site with plenty of links dotted around the internet.

We trade links, you take my link down, dont tell me, I still send you traffic (and get zilch in return), you sell the site, and you don't reply to my inquiry!

That's not very professional!

I can't believe you!!!

It's a small world man... as you can see.
I hope the new owner knows the traffic or at least some of the traffic the site was getting is from shoddy deals with legit sites.
