In my browser bar, I see PR0, but if I go look it up elsewhere, I get PR6 like he says. Without the www, it is PR0.

Yes, I believe in order to see pagerank, you must included the www.
but not 100% sure on that -- just from what I have seen thus far.

With and without the www. are separate pageranks. The one with the www. ranks higher for almost all sites though simply because that's how most people link to your site. If they all linked without the www. that can have a decent PR.

The only problem I see is that a lot, if not most, of the back links are from sites you own. Are they going to stay?

few of my sites are linking to it. They are all pr 5. I will leave the links for 6 month so you have time to get established link partners with good pr. You can swap links with pr 6+.
