I could really use some help valuing this as it is a new area for me (not really up on heavy industry type domains). This was an expired domain that is listed in the Yahoo Directory (which now costs $299 alone). A web site was up for two years. The term "Precision Industrial" seems to be very popular. A Google search brought up dozens of companies using this term to describe their business or products. All other extensions are registered. In fact when I picked this up shortly after it dropped..every extension was registered except the .com (don't see that very often...and of course it didn't last long).

So if you have some experience with industrial names your quidance will be appreciated.
