I prefer paypal as I have NEVER had any issues with paypal and offer a 100% money back guarantee in the event of any issues with transfer. I have used escrow but did not like that I had to wait for an extended period of time to receive my payments so I try to conduct all of my business via paypal, hence the terms of the sale. I actually have alloted any profits from this sale to the purcahse of another great 3 letter.com and do not wish to wait an extended period of time on escrow payment. I have received a very nice offer from another member of this forum through email who knew of the sale beforehand. He is one of my very best customers and I'll be happy to provide you with his name via pm or email. Something was just brought to my attention by another member, but everything is ok as you can view the results of the dispute:

Apparantly the name was disputed some time ago but Icann rejected the claim. I will entertain offers and leave by-it-now price up for a bit but if I do not receive any better offers I will close the sale at the forums and list the name at afternic or ebay.
as the retail price of premium three letter names is on the rise, this would make a fine investment and great addition to your portfolio.

Ok, I looked into the TM dispute filed in 1999 by HSO BUSINESS SYSTEMS, INC and I have called information and tried finding a valid number for them in VA, but there are no current listings. Have been unable to fin much info on the web concerning them either. Does anyone know where I might find more info? I would like the opportunity to make certain the buyer will have ZERO issues when purchasing this domain name.
As it appears to me, the company seems to have vanished. Any comments/info would be helpful.

Well, as it appears that any issues regarding the name were resolved, feel free to submit your offers. Name transfer should be complete no later than Monday-Tuesday and I will happily reserve it upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Despite following my thread guidelines I still continue to receive offers below or at the $3000 mark, and once again will no longer reply to these offers. Your offer MUST exceed $3000.00.
