question Premium domain name expired in Enom

Hi there,

I have a .biz domain name registered in enom for decades. Until recent renew in October, my deposit was not enough to renew the name so it turned into an expired name. I tried to renew it few days after the expiry but it was unsuccessful. It is a premium domain therefore I cannot simply renew it by paying standard annual fee.

I emailed enom staff member and he asked for a support PIN. Do any one of you know where I can locate that PIN? I have asked enom staff member for help but there’s no response for few days.

there is some information that you need to go to the Advanced DNS Settings of your domain. Click on it to find your Enom Customer Service PIN.
