no, the .net is being forwarded because I am in the process of redoing my site....the only site that will be included is my site. The advertising revenue is coming from a couple banners and a pop up. There are many more spots which will be filled - you can see the ads on my site.... which is under construction at the following address, I would normally look for an enduser, but I need the money sooner rather than later...

Yea it is. Quite a while now.
IMO, he built it, he should keep it, its got tons of potential. Its unfortuanate that you have to sell something you built up like Fast-Autos.com.
If it were making a few more $ I would buy it.

devil - it is making $250+ per month...that is a lot, if you want to make an offer, do it fast!
If I had known more about domains when I started the site I would have used a different domain.
If you are going to throw a late offer in it MUST BE HIGHER THAN $2400, do it fast!

The site is making $250+ per month via banner ads and popups. I will include the site if you buy the domain so you can make money asap. The site gets 1000 hits per day and has a hugh search engine saturation ranking at marketleap - 500.
I need an offer over $2400 USD and it will be yours, if you kept the same advertisers you would start making a profit in 9 months. You could also resell it to an enduser because the traffic has been stable for 8 months. If you are going to make an offer it must be in by tomorrow because I have a buyer standing by, thanks!
