Problem in "com.br" domain transaction

I've reached a price agreement with buyer on a "com.br" domain, and the buyer has made escrow payment to Sedo.

Yet I could not obtain auth code from "com.br" domain registrar which is Godaddy, Sedo Transfer Agent said the domain transfer should be through registro.br, is that true? I don't understand the language of website www.registro.br and do not know how to proceed.
