I have won a .eu domain name during an auction on Pool following the .eu landrush. The problem is that after more than 2 months after the auction ended, I still haven't receive the details to administer the domain name. And also, the whois still indicates that the name is registered under Tempus Enterprises Ltd in England.
I have contacted both Pool and the registrar Misk.com (where the name is supposed to be registered) many times but they reject the responsability on each other. Misk.com is saying they haven't received the information to create my account from Pool and Pool saying that they have sent this information to the registrar.
I have paid for this domain name for more than 2 months now and have not been able to use it. Therefore, my main question here is: what can I do legally to gain control of the name I have paid for?
Also, are other dnforum members in the same situation as me?
Or is there a Pool employee who is also member of this forum and could help me to resolve this issue? It would be much appreciated as I was satisfied by Pool until this happened!
