Problem renewing at NamesBeyond

Hi All,

I'm trying to renew two of my domains which were caught by NamesBeyond for SnapNames..

Both are .ORG's - when I try to renew I get:

Error Message: invalid domain name or domain does not exist!

Although both names are active and in my account. I've emailed support, but I'm curious if anyone has ever had the same problem, or ever transferred names away from NB?

is extremely efficient.

And, she is a very nice person (she must be young, and competent).

No. I have not tried to transfer any .orgs out of there.
I like .orgs but they are a "pain" to transfer.
