Problem with indian registry please help!!!

I prepaid several thousands dollars to net4india.co.in for the reservation of some indian domains.
They required an advance payment for several thousands dollars I wired them the transfer and heard nothing from them in 2 weeks!!!!
I wrote to the indian nic without getting any answer.
Please I need some help on how to manage the situation.
Net4india.co.in looks like a big company (at least they have many offices).
but this is not acceptable.
Thank you all and especially if there are some indian friends that wish to help me with this situation I would be very greatfull....

gemsergio i preordered 12 domains with them.. after 6 calls and 4 mails i got to the head office today. They said the refund process will start from 15th..

also they need you to send them refund form..

They sure suck as far as communication is concerned.
