Wanted: Service Problem with my website

Hey everyone,

One of my sites is currently down and i contacted my web host company who said my account didn't contain any files and wasnt a bandwidth problem. When i logged on to my ftp account they were all there just as i left them. What should i do now?

Feel free to PM me for assistance. If you have recently changed your nameservers they take 24-48 hours to propogate.

If you can post the url I'll probably be able to tell you more, anyway call them again and tell them that all the files are there.
