Wanted: Service problems in windows server ( Components ) help please

hi

we use persist Upload and persist Mail component at our sites.
we changed our server. and suddenly these problems appeared..

what can we do? how can we solve these problems? are they component problems? ( i think so ) or script problems? if compeont problem, what is the solution?

here are the error codes :

Upload error codes :

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed

E-mail error codes :


Persits.MailSender.4 error '800a0006'

504 Invalid Username or Password
