Problems transferring

im transferring a domain from 000domains to enom

i authurised the email 000 sent me and i assumed everything was fine

i checked the transfer status today on enom and saw this

"Canceled - Domain is locked at current registrar"

there is no where on 000 to lock it or unlock it - plus i athorised the email - whats up?

also - the domain expires on 2003-02-07 - will this cause problems- should i renew it at 000 so i dont lose it :)

Most registrars say you need to start a transfer at least several days before renewal, so that the process can be fully completed before the domain expires.

The fact that your domain has expired is almost certainly the reason why you can't transfer it.

If your question remains unanswerered after looking through their FAQ, I would suggest you contact [email protected] - I'm sure they will help you out. They have excellent customer support in my experience.

this is the response i got within an hour

I have removed the lock from the domain, and you should now be able to
transfer it. Let me know if you have any other questions or if any
