The website is almost built but my designer walked away from it. I can't seem to find anybody to pick up where he left off so I am thnking of selling. Please give me an opinion of what it is worth. If anybody is interested in buying please let me know.

Contractors are middlemen already. Is it needed another middleman?

On the other side: Nice design, original content, likely to become a profitable business if managed by an expert in such niche (middlemen make money everywhere). If it was mine, I'd let it go for USD 800-1800. Similar sites with no income are usually sold in the 250-450 range.
