It cost me just over $2000 to have http://ProvincetownJournal.com built. It's built on Expression Engine which is like "industrial" blogging software. All visitors can leave comments to news articles or they can post their own articles, wanted, for sale etc posts. VERY Web 2.0 and all ready for expansion.

There is the front end which you can see at the URL. There is the member and administration control panel for content management and then the "template" area in the control panel where you can play with the structure of the site.

You can have all kinds of "includes" like adsense, pull photos in from photo gallery, show categories etc etc.

Go to http://expressionengine.com/ for more details on their features. License alone is $250 and then would you spend hundreds of hours getting the site to its current state.

All you have to do is start marketing it and adding content. I will provide unlimited support while you learn the software. My partner can be hired if you want to add features and build out the site.

I'll let you do your own homework on http://ProvincetownJournal.com but it only gets 20 or so visitors a day and makes maybe $1 a day.

It needs more original content and needs to be marketed.

I would like $5000 and would not sell for less than $3000.

If you ever wanted...

- a tourist destination site
- a Cape Cod related site
- a gay related site
- an artist related site
- a nature and ocean related site
- an Expression Engine site

this is for you.
