Wanted: Domain Proxy Hosting

I am looking for somebody to provide hosting for my web-based proxy server, 3Proxy.com, its currently on Sedo as old host shutdown, Getd 200+ uniques a day, In exchange for giving me hosting i will put google adsense ads on the site in rotation with 2 other banners, so your adsense ads should get 1/3rd of impressions.
