at least this domain has over 40 mill google results

That is not nice and professional.

The domain name is unique and the owner has all the rights to sell at any price.

It's up to the buyer to decide to buy it or not but comment/remark on a sales thread is not acceptable.

If you don't want some else crashes your sale then don't do it to other.

I normally don't stick my nose into some else business but this is really "ridiculous" considering you are a well established member here.
