Script - 200$ (anybody can purchase at www.k-links.net)
Database - 250$ (anybody can purchase at www.provider.ca)

The site has many pages to be exact it has more than 335000.
This is not a simply directory that only has links to the resources.
No, this site has a page for each resource/record in the database,
since more than 335 thousand resources listed there are that many
pages. The site is online since yesterday, so it doesn't have any
traffic except search engine spyders. Non of the pages still not
registered by search engines, but when they will be registered
because this is not some kind of clone of some directory, it is a

Possible revenue for the new owner:
1. Every page has google adsense
2. Pleanty of other advertising spaces for banners
3. Selling links - many people would like to buy links
on the site that has that many pages. When the site will
be PRed by google Link selling for this this might big revenue
for the owner.
In any case since the site is start-up i am selling it for cheap
right now:
