This is a 1/2 million dollar domain ez... For anyone to think that 40k is high for the most commonly used plastic in plumbing systems, not to mention outdoor furniture products, doesn't have a clue.

lol you are thinking too much like a domainer. Acro hit the nail on the head it has value because it's a product which is used in the building industry... "pvc piping" which is mostly used for piping in water systems, sewers, etc because its durable and does not rust.
