If you've noticed, there are also some companies that use the initials QBi -- namely, Quark Biotech a publicly traded biotechnology company

I don't understand why you don't just contact them . You can shoot for $10k in that case..

Isn't it illegal to try to sell a trademarked name to the corp? Like, if they come to you with an offer you can accept, but if you make an offer isn't that trademark infringment?

Sorry, I didn't mean to start an "argument." I was just wondering if it is okay to contact a company directly if you have a domain they would be interested in like this.
