The type-in traffic alone converts at 1:200 with Nasty Dollars. At $35.00 a sign up, we're talking much more than $500.00. However I must agree with you. Optimizing for search engines is definitely the way to go with these type of domains.

As for your offer - I myself specialize in SEO, so I will have to pass. This was a recent acquisition. Thus, the domain is not featured on any search engines. I am working on that once the IP propagates.
