are ALL one word dictionary domains worth at least their registration fee (I'm only referring to .com, .net, .org) ? I've found a few words but they are somewhat obscure....not used in everyday language... are they worth it?

Thanks!

Depends on the words; generally, yes. There are some artificial words that appear to be valid and they are not. Post examples - or check my sig for reference.

There are some long words that are very difficult to spell. I am not sure they are worth the effort and headache for users to type the name in.

Some dictionary words are going to be worth $0 or less. For instance, there was once an appraisal thread for reproof.com, which is a classic example of a dictionary word being not only worthless, but also pretty short - another example of the general "rule" not applying. I realize there may be some on the face of the earth who might disagree about this particular example, but trust me - it's worthless... :-)

Yes I agree...There are still so many .com's that are dict. one word name but they are worth nothing.. :(... I doubth that there is any more .com's 1 word good domains left.. Everything is reg. already!

But good luck in your venture
