Are version 2.0.3 skins compatible with version 2.0.4?

I'm not too sure about that. I could almost assure they are NOT compatible.. though not 100% sure.

2.0.3 skins are FULLY compatible with 2.0.4.

You shouldn't have any issues with using the same skins between 2.0.0 and 2.0.4.
