I am possibly selling http://www.RaceVids.com (PR4)
This site has been developed for the past year, but I just bought it a couple weeks ago and redesigned it. It scores 65 ovt w/ extension and gets most of its 450 visits per day from type-ins as well as Yahoo Movie Search and other, smaller search engines.
I dont have stats for a very long period of time (since I just bought the site) but its enough to see the trend and proove the traffic is 100% legit. I am currently making around $3 per day, from Adsense and Fastclick, I can also show you proof of this if you are interested in the site.
Due to the large amount of type in traffic, as well as its PR4 rank and the fact it is easy to expand the site and recieve many more pageviews, I am looking for 24 months (2 years) revenue as a BIN price and offers around 18 months revenue.
At the $3 per day level, this equates to:
Minimum offer: $1600
BIN: $2200
