Not at all, I think high Xxx is a good price for a forum like this.

Forums are generally extremely difficult to get going. And considering the fact that this forum is on its way (new members each and every day), with good, targetted traffic.

Additionally, the domain is very good, design/skin is custom, and includes owned VB license that expires next year.
