Actually, I think they are trying to register "goggle.com" for people to search things there. I always suspect google is a typo mistake like goh planed to register god but got goh instead, darn!

Just visited goggle.com and got a browser cleaner popup, and a message in small text: This site is not associated with Google.com. If you intented to reach Google.com, click here

Must be getting some very nice traffic for their popup
