Hate to do it, but need to sell this excellent Domain and Webmaster community. I am refocusing my energies and simply don't have the time for most of my online activities. Mores sites for sale very soon!

www.RealDN.com is a PR 4 with other good rankings. Simply use your favorite checker to see the various rankings. This forum has been operating for close to a year and has 200 plus members and tons of posts. Has a unique skin, custom designed for this forum...not mass produced and not seen anywhere else. Has almost ALL the vbulletin addons such as arcade, store etc already installed and operating. Couple of excellent admins will stay, I'm sure.

Is on a leased 3.07 vBulletin, due to expire in April, but can't transfer it due to length of time in my name...but no problem for you to continue with the license in place. If price goes good, I have an owned license that I would place it with, but you would need to pay the owned renewal fee. May also include a couple of top names now pointed to the site.

Let's make this an auction for 6 days from this posting. No extensions or funny games with bids etc. If you want it fine, if not, don't be an idiot and waste everybody else's time and efforts. Bids by PM will be posted by me.

Revenue right now has been from adsense and there is ad space on the left side that could be sold, as well as banner and link space. I don't run channels on adsense and have the same code on all my sites, but I did notice my revenue up a little after properly activating it at RealDN. To be safe, I would advise that revenue is less than $2/day and the site has been primarily used between all my other sites.

Starting bid at $500 and carries a reasonable reserve for my protection. Right offer would buy immediately and may post a bin in a couple of days.

Any questions, please let me know...don't ask to split the skin or the vbulletin license. Not going to happen.

(b) can you post member statistics (reg'ed/active/inactive and what's the period you define as "inactive)

I'm kind of confused you have 15K hits yet 3 guest members when I visited now so just trying to understand...

There are over 200 registered members and the terms active/inactive are not really objective terms. As in many forums, especially smaller ones, the majority would be considered inactive, and even that changes on a regular basis. Tough to keep small forums "active"

Do not understand the 15k hits and 3 guests..This could easily be visits from outside links by users that do not sign up, have an account etc, but not really sure what you might be referring to with the question. The guest number is at any given time.

Your traffic stats are messed up. They say you have ad xx,xxx amount of traffic one montha nd 0 traffic every other month. Then your otehr stats are also messed up. Please send me rvenue stats. I am interested in this site but I want to be able to login in the cpanel and see that stats for myself.

Nothing wrong with the stats, except it doesn't look Dec 05 is there. I'll see if I can get those to come up. The stats are for this year, which of course will show zero for most of the year and the other is for 05 which show zero prior to solid site launch.

Revenue as stated is mixed with other sites and not able to be separated. And you don't really think I'd provide you logins to cpanel etc do you?
