I knew of the ruthles defense of the TM when I picked this up
I was thinking of the First Amendment rights on this one -- kind of similar to a XXXsucks domain/site.
The strong defense of the realtor TM by the NAR IMHO has a great deal of foundation in disabling people from sharing bad/good experiences with realtors.
They don't want people to talk about much of the crap that goes on in the industry. Right now it is a very hot topic
I might just develop this one
Let people out there talk about good experiences vs bad.
No monotization at all, just a place for people to vent
I had a very bad experience with a realtor
I think I might just have to let people talk--- lol
I don't think they will give me permission considering my development idea but the Constitution does

I had a couple of Realtor domains with content/AdSense. Got contacted by the Realtor TM owner and decided to let the domains go. They are pretty quick to contact the owner. In mho it's not worth the potential hassle.

Shortly after I posted this, someone in the industry had the same idea for the name.
A week or so someone registered all the other extensions and sent a XX offer through Sedo. I sat on it as I decided the pros and cons regarding development. The end user contracted me as the offer was to expire and offered 500 for it -- I decided to sell as I felt it would be one of those domains that I thought about developing and didn't do.
Turns out this domain was a great GoDaddy "closeout" catch
