I have both .net and .org is there any value to these? maybe the second appraisal is needed.

Not much. It's not used in any extension and I can't think what you would use it for. If I want a second appraisal, I still want an appraisal; not a REappraisal.

Let them expire and you'll get a $2,000 offer a month later though; THAT'S my experience (haha)!
