Just some minutes ago i receive the quoted text as email from google.
I cant understand what is the break of their policy since the website that they refer to has unique content and some videos for users to browse.
If you please review it also and tell me if there is something wrong that i didnt notice.

Hello,

While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently
displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our
policies. For instance, we found violations of AdSense policies on
pages such as freestylefootball.net.

Publishers may not place Google ads on pages that violate Google’s
webmaster quality guidelines
(http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769#quality).
While we've included the following excerpts from these guidelines, we
recommend that you take the time to review them in their entirety.

* Make pages for users, not for search engines.
* Don't employ cloaking or sneaky redirects.
* Don't load pages with irrelevant words.
* Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with
substantially duplicate content.
* Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your
site's ranking or PageRank.
* Avoid "doorway" pages created just for search engines, or
other "cookie cutter" approaches such as affiliate programs with
little or no original content.
* Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A
good rule of thumb is whether you'd feel comfortable explaining what
you've done to a website that competes with you. Another useful test
is to ask, "Does this help my users? Would I do this if search
engines didn't exist?"
* If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure
that your site adds value. Provide unique and relevant content that
gives users a reason to visit your site first.

As a result, we have disabled ad serving to the site.

Your AdSense account remains active. However, we strongly suggest
that you take the time to review our program policies
(https://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) to ensure that all of your
remaining pages are in compliance.

Please note that we may disable your account if further violations
are found in the future.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

I see a parked page too.

Just check your site code for sql injections.

I received a similar letter for one of our oldest sites and it seems someone had added links to the footer via sql injection, we deleted those links and removed the vulnerability.

I dont participate in such links, i dont know if this includes having backlinks on my website but i doubt Google can tell me what to do regarding this matter if i dont participate in related websites.

I m a bit lost...

I saw a few things that could be a problem.

In the first cap, seeing a foreign ad would make wonder why it appears on what appears to be an english site.

In the second cap, the eurobet ad could be your problem.

Maybe this is it even hough i remember reading about having content related to bet/gambling and not bet das.
I hope they reply to my questions so that i ll get a clue of whats happening.

They delisted me from Google index even though Google Ads still show(i ve taken them down now).

If ads were still showing its possible the email was not legit. The delisting could be a coincidence.

wtf!
I just received another 2 similer emails that refer to another website of mine.
Those 2 new emails refer to the same website.

This is getting weird.

i had this website for 1-2 yrs and all the time i ve displayed the same adsense code over the same positions. I ve never had any problems with adsense and i think i m familiar with their tos. Now in 10 days time i received 3 such emails and the last two came at the same time and refer to the same website.

How can i protect myslef from a possible scam or any other action i didnt initiate?

don't worry about it. If your adsense is still running then those emails are illegit. look closely at the sending email address.

You had a good idea for a site. I liked it anyway. I saw it and saw that it got listed at OnlineTV video guide. If you take this site down again please let them know so it can be removed from their listing guide.

Google are worthless. If you depend on them for your keep you should ask yourself what you are doing. Your niche, football (European not American) is huge and your competition great. You have to find better ways to get your viewers and better ways to capitalize your site.

You have gambling advertising which is a no-no to Giggle even though gambling is part of sports. Like prostitution in France it is something real yet ignored by the government and cults thankyou. You should find a way to deliver your advertising using geo delivery so you can put those adverts to places they are legal. I think at that point you are in the TOS, but I have not read it in over a year so gambling might be totally out. I do not carry gambling or adult on most of my sites, but some sites lend them to it so off they go. I do not use adsense and do not depend on my advertising from any vendor.

Oh, ever look at your home page source code? There is nothing there. Spiders cannot read it and neither can I. They will see gumba and think you are cloaking. What are you hiding? Stick your pages in the page source so that they can be read. :?:

Anyway, we are always looking for personally cared for niche video sites, so send any others you might know or like along to OnlineTV.us.

Remember, for the most part Google just wants you to make a site for users. If you are working that site to bring cool football to users and make a community you are going to be fine with users, me and probably google. In the end it is users that will find you so just forget about giggle and concentrate on making a great football site.

Don't forget to let me know if you park this sucker again! We only have good links.

Keep it up!

Rick
