Received another 500$ Offer, have to accept or counter?

Hi all, i need help because i usually sell DN at the first offer, i never counter.
My domain name are all expired or hand reg, only a few bought in auctions.
Last week i sold one for 500$ first offer and i accepted it.
Now i received another 500$ offer for another DN, so i ask myself if i have to counter
the offer and try to get more.
Any suggetion?
