There are million$ being made by call-centers around the world and you may have been talking to one of them. It's a new sweatshop industry that has grown large enough to warrant some time on PBS's "NewsHour" just recently.

If one wants to use Fly's service, they now require the information needed to charge you any amount at any time and if you should question the practice, they will hijack your account and, effectively, seize your property.

Their words; Should I dispute a charge through my credit provider this will constitute a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate deactivation of all current services.

Fly goes on to claim that they won't retain the information, but your experience shows that not only will they retain it, they will act on it at will.
