They are not a valid register unless they use some 3rd party provider from that list.

TBH the whole thing looks like a scam, fake reviews, no social media posts, domains sold half of the price as on namecheap.

Want to make sure before I put my creditcard into this site...

They don't seem to be an ICANN Accredited Domain Registrar. Its always advisable to register domain through an ICANN accredited domain registrar or a reputed hosting and domain reseller.
