We are on the same boat mate, i took that info from the Ultimatum

21 February 2007

Under section 5.3.4 of the
RAA, Registerfly has 15 working days to cure the breaches described in this letter.
.......
Registerfly’s violation of the
Transfer Policy provides an independent ground for termination of Registerfly’s accreditation, if
all such violations are not cured within 15 days of this notice.
......
Registerfly’s
violations of section 3.4 of the RAA provide an independent ground for termination of
Registerfly’s accreditation, if all such violations are not cured within 15 days of this notice.
......
If Registerfly fails
to cure this breach of its RAA within 15 working days, its non-payment of ICANN fees provide
an independent ground for ICANN to proceed to termination of Registerfly’s accreditation.
.......
As noted above, section 5.3.4 of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement agreed in October 2004
between Registerfly and ICANN provides that notice of termination of Registerfly's accreditation
may be given if these breaches are not cured within 15 working days.

Just some heads up for the new readers:

- Some users lost domains from the control panel (check your domains)
- Some users can't unlock the domains
- Some users can't find the Auth Code (EPP Code) to transfer out
- You can't switch nameservers (Gives error)
- Some users can't transfer-in (RAS error)
- You can't register .com and .net domains AFAIK (They lost conectivity to the registry)
- Some users can't transfer out (RAS error)
- You can use your credit card to pay for services but the security certificate expired so use it at your own risk.
- I dont know if you can push now, i received a domain 2 weeks ago without issue.
- Email forwarding is working on a 50%
- Email hosting seems to be working
- Reseller API is not working.

Transfer out all the domains you can.

Why the tech issue?

One source familiar with the situation, who asked not to be named for fear of reprisals, claimed that the company's problems stemmed from the fact that Medina operated much of the business manually, and other staff members did not have access to all the systems.

"The problem with Registerfly was the way Kevin ran the operation -- he was in control of all the technology, all data, all support tickets, he did not relinquish control to employees," the source said.

Some reactions to this mess:

One complainant said he had been billed $13,000 for domain renewals, and expected to lose control over them anyway, having failed to get support from the company. He expressed suicidal thoughts.

"I am about to lose 476 domains with registerfly," he wrote. "In the batch of domains I am about to lose is my bread and butter domains that put food in my family's mouthes and roofs over my employees heads... You know for a few minuts there I could relate with the people that take their own lives."

I think they will declare Bankruptcy in the next days.

The lawsuit further alleged that Medina's extravagances had cleaned out the company's bank account, causing its base of domain names to fall from 200,000 at the end of December to 125,000 last week, because Registerfly didn't have the cash to pay the registries for renewals.

Pred: I recommend Don Lyons at Moniker, he offered me a great service in my last Moniker Aftermarket purchase.

Nobody knows what will happen to our domains, regfly is making history.
