Registering IPOD domains?

I know trademark domains ar ean iffy subject, but whats the situation with ipod related domains these days, like say ipodstore.com or something along that lines. does apple actively enforce trademark on domain buyers? i know viagra and cialis and domains of that nature seem to really get hit, but whats the 'ipod' situation looking like at the moment?

i believe the 'pod' phrase it not trademarked, so it would be safe to have PodStore.com then iPodStore.com. But you should be careful.
